        Wonderful image!!!!
I just moved to Aarhus from USA. I am thinking to build an observatory on my backyard. Any suggestion on local company supplying material to build it?
I would be interested to hear from you and your experience.

        My equipment:
imaging Telescopes Sky-Watcher Esprit 150 and Esprit 80
        Imaging Cameras QHY268M
        Mounts Sky-Watcher EQ6-R
        Filters Astrodon Ha 36mm 5nm · Astrodon Gen2 E-Series B – 36mm · Astrodon Gen2 E-Series G – 36mm · Astrodon Gen2 E-Series R – 36mm · Astrodon L 36mm Gen2 E-Series
and most important: lots and lots of passion for Astrophotography, Astronomy, Physics and and Science in general!!!!!

          Hi Seba

Fine equipment you have there 🙂

I’m not able to recommend a local company, as you do not state where your backyard i situated 😉

You could choose to buy a dome like this, if you are prepared to build the rest of the observatory.

          What is your budget?

            Hi Torben,
Thanks for your reply and for the link.
Sorry for missing the reference to my location: wet Aarhus DK, suburb (rural) area.
Budget quite low: 3.000 euros. SO I am looking for a very basic observatory just to cover the equipment (i wish i had more funds for something bigger!)

              Hi Seba

              Check this:

              ATM – BYGGEPROJEKTER

To avoid topic confusion as people will not search for observatory projects under Astrophoto 🙂

              Best regards
